This page details our protocols for creating reports.  

 

Generating reports

-Four-monthly reports describe our latest initiatives, summarize recent epidemological indicators, provide pictures for our donors, and appeal for funding for our most recent capital campaign

-Annual reports are more detailed, and contain the following sections: About Us, About Achham, Our Initiatives, Our Budget, Our Funding, Our Outcomes, Our Goals, Future Initiatives

-Individual programs and capital campaigns may also send emails to provide their own updates and requests for funding, subject to the approval of the ED/DO

-We construct all reports using the free program OpenOffice Impress, and save the files in ppt format for editing by all members of team@nyaya

 

Posting reports

Under "Insert Links"... upload the file to the wiki

Then ask web manager to link it with a thumbnail to the nyayahealth.org/reports page

 

Distributing reports

The report is then distributed via email as a pdf file to the donor list via the wiki link; see DonorManagement

 

 

Chart of report timings

update# / Report: Deadline

4/ Annual report (for previous year): February 1st

1/ 1st quarter update: May 1st

2/ Semi-annual update: August 1st

3/ 3rd quarter update: November 1st

These deadlines will be marked on the Nepal Health Equity Initiative Google Calendar.
