When new members join our team, we need to get them quickly up-to-speed on the collaborative tools that we use. Here, you can cut and paste the text of what you need to get them to quickly start using the wiki and foldershare. You must emphasize to your team members that these tools are NOT OPTIONAL. They are essential to maintaining an efficient, open, and non-bureaucratic organization.  Note that not all volunteers receive invites to all the tech, as per VolunteersManagement

A few bureaucratic things pertaining to collaboration within our organization:

-Live sync: I have just invited you to this.  Go to sync.live.com and create a new account using the email address to which i have addressed this email.  If later you want to remove your device from our live sync, DO NOT delete the folder on your desktop; go to "my live sync" and click "add/remove device", then delete the folder. -Email: it is very important that you use this email address for all nyaya-related email. 

-Google docs:  your email ID also serves as your ID for accessing nyaya google apps.  your password is ****.

-Team list:  I have added you to this; please post regularly with updates as your work progresses.

-Wiki:  I have invited you to the wiki via your email address.  please create an account with your email address at wiki.nyayahealth.org by clicking on "create account" on the upper right hand corner.

-Evernote:  this is what we use for our collaborative clinic manual for the Achham team. to login, use the ID: nyayahealth and password: ****.
