This page describes roles and responsibilities of the management team of Bayalpata Hospital.
Overall Management of Nyaya Health
Critical decisions pertaining to clinical operations are made by the clinical team based in Achham. The structures that govern these decisions include hospital staff, community advisory board, and a user advisory board. The Nyaya Health board of directors and board of advisors provide support for strategic direction, technical problems, and financing. This structure is diagrammed schematically here and the organizational chart is here. Here, we discuss the overall management of the hospital. Community-based accountability structures are discussed on the CommunityAccountability page. Other key personnel at the hospital are detailed on the Personnel page.
The 2009-2013 Business Plan can be found here and the 2010-2011 Annual Work Plan can be found here.
Current Hospital-Based Management Team
The role of the hospital management board is to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital. It is led by the medical director, the program manager, and the logistics director.
